With a purpose to build and provide archival service; this consists of information mining and distribution. Chapter Four is working towards the creation of a “Knowledge Retrieval Centre” of especially human rights defenders who have spent most of their time fighting against oppression, pushing for one or the other gamut’s of rights to become a reality in their country. This equally demand-driven project has been provoked by the people we have been training through the “Knowledge Sharing Institute” who suddenly realize they have so much history as defenders of rights but have never had time to record their experience, nor imagined it would be of interest to anyone.
