The training and development of changemakers was developed out of experience and also created as demand-driven project to address demands across the continent. The Institute offers mentorship, personal development and leadership skills using specific modules especially created to uplift, empower and transform African citizens, with the intention that those trained will become champions for Africa by shifting and transforming their base and “be all they were born to be”. Those targeted are Community Leaders, Human Rights Defenders (HRDs), Religious Leaders, Women Political Leaders, Media and the Social Justice Movement.
